COVID-19 Crisis Response

Andy Crouch, writing in the Praxis Journal, suggests that “The novel coronavirus is not just something for leaders to “get through” for a few days or weeks. Instead, we need to treat COVID-19 as an economic and cultural blizzard, winter, and beginning of a “little ice age” — a once-in-a-lifetime change that is likely to affect our lives and organizations for years.”

We have increased our investment during the COVID-19 ice age, supporting Canadian’s in the workplace.  Would you consider partnering with us?

Urgent Needs

This is a unique opportunity for FAWN to equip and empower Christians to actively engage in conversations around the future of work. This includes:

  1. Mental Fitness – Equipping and Empowering Christians to effectively care for their coworkers and to show the love that doesn’t demand a response.
  2. Small Business Owners – Equipping and Empowering business owners with Christian principles so that they can pivot their business and emerge the other side of the ice-age with a God Honoring, flourishing business.
  3. Business Leaders – Equipping and Empowering business leaders to listen to Christ and discern how to shape the future of their organization and the future of workplace cultures.
  4. Laid-Off Employees – Equipping and Empowering people who have been laid off with the encouragement to emerge on the other side of the ice-age with employment so that they can support their families.
  5. Spiritual Fitness– Equipping and Empowering Christians to overflow with hope no matter what their circumstances are.

Thank You For Your Prayers & Support

We have heard many stories of hope – stories of how people are sharing hope with their co-workers, praying with their coworkers, and studying God’s word together with their coworkers.  New opportunities abound for Christian’s in the workplace.

We need your ongoing prayers as we continue to produce resources, to empower, inspire, and support Christians as they live out their faith in their workplace, as they navigate this new ‘little ice age’.

We need your financial help today.  With the pain so evident in the workplace, we need to extend our reach as we develop a ‘Creative Commons’ for Christians in the workplace to connect with each other, share best practices, and communicate their hope in Jesus with their coworkers.

Blessings,

James Bruyn,
