Christ Glory Centre Ministry is a biblically based ministry that focuses on the holistic needs of humanity. We serve in Kenya with a focus to creating hope amongst the devastated communities.
Our Main areas of key focus are church planting, outreach, and discipleship. We believe that spiritual formation is key in human development and growth.
When the spiritual man is in the right place, the whole man starts the journey of rebuilding to God’s original design. Over the past nine years, we have planted 13 church branches amongst different communities and the transformation amongst the people is amazing. Leadership development and capacity development is undertaken through leadership seminars and conferences.
Education & Community Support
Amongst the impoverished populations, education is the key to creating a lasting transformation and hope. Currently we are running two schools namely Yogo and Seje Glory Centre Academies respectively with a cumulative 535 pupils.
Community farming is our core to food security and sustainable development. It is a point through which community ‘buy in’ into the projects are attained as guardians and parents whose children are in the project give one day a week to work in the farms and the food produced goes into feeding the children in school.
We have endeavored to provide clean safe water to the two communities that we directly work with. The clean water source has helped eliminate the endemic diseases such as cholera and typhoid amongst the people. A data verifiable by the local dispensaries data.
Rural Electrification has been one of our major achievements as we collaborate with the Kenyan government to empower communities. Both the Seje and Yogo communities are now on electricity grids courtesy of our work in the areas.
Why give to this project?
Our projects have endeavored to provide help to communities in moments of devastating tragedies. We have from time to time provided relief food and food hampers to families most affected and the vulnerable especially widows, orphans and seniors. We have also built over 30 homes to vulnerable families and widows.
Currently, we are facing very serious problems compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic, drought and failed crops, and the crushed economy. Many people are staring at hunger as most people’s economy are singularly propped by peasant farming. When crops fail, hope dissipates.
The Covid-19 upsurge in the area has continued to kill quite a number of people in the area in the past month.
We therefore call upon our friends and partners to consider donating to our programmes in the area of relief and social welfare to support these communities in such a time of great need. You have a chance to respond to these needs, provide relief and impact our most urgent needs.
Please support Christ Glory Centre Ministry with your prayers and finances.
