LionSight Strategies was founded in 2020 by Michael Thiessen during a time of radical cultural upheaval. After years of training pastors for church ministry, Michael now helps the next generation of Christian leaders externalize Biblical wisdom into practices that are life changing — in personal, family, church, and societal realms.
Michael is Fellow for Church and Family Discipleship at the Ezra Institute, which is a reformational Christian think tank and worldview training organization in Canada. LionSight formed to house necessary coaching resources to continue to support, serve, and equip the church and emerging cultural leaders.
